A super-strong adhesive sealant on hybrid MS polymers with maximum grab, made for heavy parts. The chemistry and applications are the same as FS-150; the difference is grab and viscosity: 300 kg/m² instead of 150, and a noticeably thicker formulation that does not sag under a heavy part.

A part grabs in 4–5 seconds and then holds on its own; its position can be corrected for 30 minutes. The joint is elastic, shrink-free, takes vibration, resists weather and UV and works from −40 to +120 °C. Suitable for wet rooms. After full curing in 24 hours it can be sanded and painted.

Important

Do not use on PTFE, polyethylene or polypropylene
Temperature during application and for the next 24 hours not below −20 °C, air humidity at least 40 %
Reinforce weak mineral substrates with a primer first
The adhesive is highly viscous and takes effort to extrude
Clean tools with white spirit right after work; dried residue can only be removed mechanically
