Formulations are made in batches to approved recipes: acrylic dispersions, MS polymer and rubber bases are mixed with fillers and additives on our own equipment, then filled into 290 ml cartridges and 1, 3 and 4 kg buckets and packed in boxes of 12, 6 and 4.
Control and documentation
Each batch is checked against the technical specifications: TU 20.30.22-001-38433121-2022 for acrylic formulations and TU 20.52.10-002-38433121-2025 for MS polymer and rubber formulations. The properties on the label — grab, application temperature, coverage, shelf life — are stated on the basis of these checks.
