SILAFIX FS-200 ULTRA is used to install slats, skirting boards, trims, panels, tiles and kitchen splashbacks. It bonds wood and wood-based materials, glass, metal, ceramics, marble, granite, concrete, brick and cork. Suitable for duropolymer and rigid plastics including PVC, ABS and polycarbonate.

Once cured, the joint is strong, flexible and transparent. The formulation contains solvent: test compatibility with the specific plastic or coating on a small area first. Support heavy parts while the adhesive cures.

Application guidance

Open the instructions

Prepare the substrates

Clean, degrease and dry both surfaces. Recommended bonding temperature: +15 to +30 °C. Check material compatibility.

Apply and join

Apply in zigzags, dots or a grid. Immediately join the parts, slide them slightly against one another, then separate them.

Wait and press

Wait 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes, rejoin the parts and press firmly. Initial grab takes 1–10 minutes; full cure takes 48 hours. Temporarily support heavy parts.

Material restrictions

Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, expanded polystyrene or flexible polyurethane foam. For mirrors, choose an adhesive compatible with their protective backing.

Contains solvent

Contains solvent. Flammable. Work with ventilation, away from flames, sparks and heaters. Do not smoke. Wear gloves and keep out of reach of children. Follow the safety instructions on the specific packaging label.
